• IT Advisory Services – Led by Bob Otto, the former CIO/CTO of the United States Postal Service, this dedicated team provides executive level consulting, assessment and benchmarking services to forward looking organizations. Specific expertise includes IT governance and enterprise architecture, business process reengineering, and infrastructure optimization.
• Technology Innovation Center – Under the direction of CTO Tim Hoechst, Agilex’ in-house research and development laboratory works to facilitate transformational performance improvement throughout the information lifecycle. Key research areas include virtualization and grid computing, metadata management and semantic interoperability, and advanced business analytics. By partnering closely with clients, they are able to help them extract greater value and insight from information while reducing the cost to manage it dramatically.
