Bio
Dominic Delmolino is responsible for researching and developing systems architecture solutions at Agilex's Technology Innovation Center. Prior to joining Agilex, Mr. Delmolino spent ten years at Oracle Corporation as a senior leader of the System Performance consulting practice, and is a renowned expert in Oracle technology.
Mr. Delmolino is an industry expert in data replication, business data profiling, database management and deployment processes. He has successfully guided hundreds of customers in their large-scale database performance, scalability and capacity planning projects. During his tenure at Network Solutions, he streamlined the database architecture development and deployment process while consolidating seven databases down to two, resulting in long term operational benefits and a $2 million savings across the enterprise.
Sue Grist
Developed the Agilex Interactive Visualization(SM) Solution methodology.
Bio
Ms. Grist is Agilex's Director of Visualization Services. She provides information visualization consulting services with her expertise in visualization design, software engineering, cognition, perception and mental models. She has been working with highly interactive systems for over 20 years, and has developed the Agilex Visualization Solutions Methodology, AVSOMSM. She works with government, military and business leaders to analyze data from multiple sources, design a single synthesized visualization of the data, and then build creative, engaging and practical interactive visualizations. Her proven information visualization design process results in visualization systems that are delivered quickly, capture untapped value in existing stove-piped systems by creating a single synthesized interactive display, and are highly cost effective.
Ms. Grist has a unique multidisciplinary background with academic credentials in mathematics, psychology and human-computer interaction, combined with extensive practical experience in software development and business execution, along with industry project management certification (PMP). She received her Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Psychology from Sweet Briar College, and her Masters in Human Factors Engineering from George Mason University.
Dr. Darren McKnight

Bio
Dr. Darren McKnight has spent most of his career addressing difficult analytic problems related to modeling/simulation, space operations, chemical/biological warfare, counter terrorism, enterprise architecture, cognitive sciences, and knowledge management.
He has led several major projects with significant contributions such as designing and providing an integrated decontamination strategy for the US Postal system; reinvigorating the IR&D program and developing a corporate-wide workforce productivity program at SAIC; and providing more innovative approaches to critical national security programs.
Dr. McKnight has recently served on the Office of Secretary of Defense’s Defense Science Board Summer Study and the IBM’s Global Innovation Outlook team. He is an elected member of the International Academy of Astronautics and a board member of the Knowledge and Intellectual Property Management Task Force.
