Agilex Technologies Makes First Acquisition

Purchase of Microsoft Certified Gold Partner Extends Leadership in Business Intelligence and Data Management

Chantilly, VA - July 10, 2008 - Agilex Technologies, Inc. (Agilex) announced today an asset purchase involving DHSoft, Inc. of Herndon, Virginia. The acquired assets of DHSoft, which includes the Customer Chemistry division, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Agilex, enhancing the company’s ability to deliver customer-centric solutions for business intelligence (BI) and data management to its rapidly growing customer base. The transaction closed with no additional financial terms being disclosed.

Agilex, an enterprise application, solutions and IT advisory firm, was launched in 2007 by serial entrepreneur Robert E. LaRose and successful business leader Jay H. Nussbaum to bring together executive business expertise with the foremost database and IT knowledge. LaRose previously founded Integic, which was acquired by Northrop Grumman in 2005, and Advanced Technology, Inc. (ATI), which was sold in 1988. Nussbaum has held senior leadership positions with Citigroup, BearingPoint, Oracle and Xerox. Former CTO/CIO for the United States Postal Service joins Agilex

Chantilly, VA - October 4, 2007 - Agilex Technologies, Inc., an application, solution, and advisory services firm, announced today that the former Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer for the United States Postal Service (USPS), Robert L. Otto, has joined Agilex as Executive Vice President of Advisory Services. After over 38 years in federal service, 27 of which he was at USPS, Otto has unparalleled experience and capabilities to offer Agilex customers. The award- winning leader managed and maintained the IT infrastructure of USPS, provided IT solutions to support business objectives of the organization, and managed one of the world’s largest technology networks, as well as the world’s largest intranet.
