Our federal clients include the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Social Security Administration (SSA), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and members of the intelligence community. Our signature engagements have included development of the open-source, SOA-based CONNECT solution for the Nationwide Health Information Network (NHIN); support for the Virtual Lifetime Electronic Record (VLER), the program to support exchange of health data between the DoD and VA; and technical leadership in the development of the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Chapter 33 Long-Term Solution (CH33 LTS) for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Systems Center Charleston (SSCC). Our specialties include agile software development, enterprise architecture, complex system integration, data and information management, analytics and business intelligence, and mobility solutions.
Military healthcare and health information exchange are unique strengths of Agilex. The company’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Wendell Ocasio, MD, previously served as Chief Architect for AHLTA. Dr. Wyatt Smith, Agilex’ Director of Healthcare Strategy, was previously the Deputy CIO for the Military Health System as well as commanding officer of the Navy’s Medical Information Technology Command. In addition to our work with NHIN and VLER, we also offer extensive experience with AHLTA and other key healthcare systems of the U.S. Navy.

Mystikal Solutions, LLC, was founded in February 2001 and is a Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) focused on delivering innovative end-to-end Information Technology (IT) and program management services and solutions to public and private sector organizations, solving their business needs. In effect, we specialize in “Bringing Order to Chaos.” Mystikal also specializes in health information and environmental technology solutions and provides specialized support services for requirements development, design and development, implementation and development, deployment and support, and program management.
